An Interdistrict Transfer Agreement/Permit Form is needed to create an enrollment agreement between a student’s “district of residence” (where one resides) and the “district of desired attendance” (outside of the boundary of your residence).  Please access the link above to complete the Interdistrict Transfer Agreement/Permit and mail to KJUHSD, 1900 18th Ave. Kingsburg, CA  93631 or email to sjensen@kingsburghigh.com  If you have questions, please email or phone at (559) 897-7721.

If an Interdistrict Transfer Agreement/Permit is denied, the parent/guardian has the right to appeal to the county board of education (Fresno County Office of Education).  An appeal shall be accepted by FCOE only upon verification by the county board’s designee that appeals within the districts have been exhausted. (E.C. § 46600 et.seq)
